Born in Alameda and raised in Livermore, Luke Billingsley brings deep East Bay roots and a lifetime of local knowledge to his real estate practice. 

Luke’s diverse professional background spans construction, hospitality, & technology recruiting where he led high-stakes negotiations—including negotiating with and hiring some of the best software engineers in the world. This unique perspective sharpened his ability to balance complex details, communicate across disciplines, and advocate effectively for his clients’ best interests. He studied business at San Jose State University after attending Las Positas College, grounding his approach in both practical and strategic insight.
